Preston Lions Football Club (formerly Preston Makedonia Soccer Club) are an Australian semi-professional football (soccer) club located in the northern suburbs of Melbourne, Australia.

Preston Lions currently play in the second tier of Victorian league football, State League One. Preston Lions is a former NSL club, and have been Victorian Premier League Champions four times.
