Since 1966 MKUD Ilinden has upheld Macedonian culture through the pursuit of excellence in Macedonian Folkloric dancing and music. Being the oldest and most respected Macedonian institution in Australia, we strive to reach a new generation by blending old world traditions with current artistic flair.

Awards: McDonalds Performing Arts Challenge: 1st Place in 2002, 2004, 2006; 2nd Place 2011 All Ages , 1st Place Under 17’s, 3rd Place Under 12’s, International Theatrical Championships: 1st Place 2009
